The World Options pane is for setting the number and name of the world. It is recommended to keep a backup in case there are problems. Choose File > Open File or press Ctrl-O and select the LevelInfo.bin to edit. This will open a window that looks just like the image at the beginning of the page. NOTE: You cannot make your own LevelInfo.bin file, however, you can take NewerSMBW's file (located in the NewerRes folder) and edit it to your liking.
